Processing Unit – ProU is a designated computing module with wide capability to record data, control devices, syncronize clocks with all modern protocols and external triggers (TTL, 1PPS, NTP, PTP).
It does not have spinning devices, Partition with OS works in read-only mode – that prevents from crushing and keeps entire system indefferent to hard power shut down.
We have tested vary of computers based on different form-factors and have choosed a cost effective, productive sollution and named it ProU. Unique board dimensions (100 x 72 mm only) are good compromise between productivity, integrity and cost.
Processing Unit works in congestion with MicroLog software but may work with any other data aquisition application.
